Non-payment of accumulated amount

After working for more than 4 months for dreamails.com (ptc) I accumulated about $1947.Upon requesting for payout I was informed that I an in 'Q' after 227 request and my request is 6 days

old. Similarly on later date they kepton saying you are at no 208 in the 'Q' after 45 days.

In the lastweek when I tried to login the reply was Incorrect username/password: everything has been wiped out. When requested for login information: reply was your email is not in our database.

But I can not understand that when my email address is not in there data base I still got there emails to

click and read and earn.
