Misscomunicated policy

Hello Sir,

Day before yesterday I had recived the document,

But found different agreement then was informed:

1. Your advisor told me that for the Dream Plan

I have to pay premium just Rs 10000/- for three years

and get Gauranted Maturity benefit around 2, 40, 000 and

company also provide with the certificate, which will mature after 20 years.

While I recived with Gauranteed maturity benefit as 1, 85, 000/- instead of 2, 40, 000/-

2. Insurance of Rs 10, 00, 000/- continue till the Policy maturity i.e 20 years.

After three years onwards no need to pay the premiums,

and insurance will continue.

This is not the case.

Please take necessary actions against the responsible person,

such that Image and name of Birls Sun Life Insurance sustain for long time.

I forward this mail to consumer court as well as to the IRDA Policy Complaint Department.

Please cancel my Policy from the time your recived the mail

And Provid me the address of Birla Sunlife insurance office at Greater NOIDA UP.
