Defective capsules sold by company

I had bought a pack of GLA-M manufatured by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. (Batch No. SDN 1007, expiry Dec). Around a month back I discovered that one of the capsules in the pack is covered with a greyish white colored fungus.

On complaining to the company they said that they keep a sample of medicines from each batch and have found no defect. They also asured me that the defective medicines with me will be collected and further tests done to find the cause of the fungus growing inside a sealed package. But it has been three weeks and I have not heard from them again inspite of sending repeated reminders.

I would request anyone who takes GLA not to use the brand of drugs manufactured by Dr. Reddy's.
