Egarding settlement amount

Hello Sir/Madam

I shailesh Gupta from bangalore had resigned my job with DR.Reddys Labs which is a pharma company on 16th december though i got my settlement amount in the month of april it was not appropriately explained why they had deducted my salary. i've attched the sent email from my E-mail id more than 5 times, but unfortunately there was no response, when i try calling the mangare they just disconnect my call, they also abused me when i went to meet them personally, they also tried threatning me, my Manager SUMITH who is HR manager for DR.Reddys labs doesnt respond my calls rather he picks the call and disconnects my call the moment i say my name, i am just a ordinary man who cannot fight against the firm legally because i dont have money to go to consumer court and to pay lawers, i am really very disapponted in life and i am struggling to take care of my family because of DR. Reddys labs.

i need my settelment money from DR.Reddys as soon as possible because i think the company has cheated me and stole my hard earned money, i really hop you take this complaint very seriously and do the very needful, And below that i have attached my email sent to the company but no response from them.

This is regarding my settlement sent by HQ, i had sum doubts and asked some clarification regarding my settlement amount from HR department but i havent got any reply as of now and its been more than 20 days, i am sending this forward mail to show you how many times i sent this email but no response from any one, kindly look in to this issue very seriously and do the needful.

Respected Sir/Madam,

This E-mail is regarding my settlement what you have sent, as per my communication i had taken leave from 23rd of october till 2nd of november and i was suppose to report by 3rd of november, on 3rd when i came back my ASM Mr Praveen k Prabhakaran asked me to give resignation as HR department is not accepting my leaves, and now when i received my settlement money there were unwanted diductions like excess salary paid 12, 087/-, notice pay recovery 4967/- november PF 596/- and october PF 596/- so i want to know why and when excess salary was paid to me which you have deducted. And i also want to know how you deducted my PF, as PF basically gets deducted from my salary automatically, more over you did not pay me my november salary and you went ahead and deducted my PF money, kindly give me an explaination for my questions as soon as possible, because i am really in a bad condition and badly need my hard earned money back which were deducted for no reason. And i havent received my expenses for october.

I really hope you could do some thing about this issue and really take this as a high priority, kindly look into my records and do the needful.
