DRS KIDS and Franchisee
Return my money

"DRS Kids" and their franchisee took token money for sale of their franchisee, cheque drawn in facour of DRS Kids and Receipt acknowledgement signed by DRS Kids country head. Before signing the final agreement, i found out lot of liabilities (more than Rs 70, 000/-) were there which were hidden from me at the time of taking the Token amount of Rs. 21, 000/-. Hence I refused to sign the agreement and asked for my token amount to be returned as it was taken based on false information.

DRS Kids now says they have nothing to do with this issue and they dont owe me anything. though I had given the Cheque in favour of DRS Kids and the money is also withdrawn ito DRSKids account.

DRSKids refuse to pay my balance money of 14000/-.The franchisee owner is not responding positively and are harassing me by shouting over phone and not receiving my calls.

Demand that DRS Kids return my money and not cheat people in such manner, in the name of education.
