Current Stutus of EPF

Hi,

I was working in Dr. Willmar Schwabe India Pvt. Ltd, Noida from August to November and from December to July in Sunrise Spices Ltd, Kolkata. The Sunrise Spices filed my transfer application on February to EPF, Salt lake, Kolkata. But till date I am not get my new EPF no.

My EPF no. is UP/23241/212.

Kindly arrange to know me the current status of my EPF no beacuse now I wants to withdrow my EPF money for my personel reason.
