E.Merck(I)ltd/Dr.Willmar Schwabe
Non receipt of PF

Sir,

I had worked with E.Merck from 2001 to 2003. Subsequently I had left E Merck and joined Dr Willmar Schwabe (I) Pvt Ltd. I had requested for the transfer of my PF amount from E.Merck (I) ltd to Dr Willmar Schwabe (I) Pvt Ltd by submitting Form 13 on 28/2.

The PF Account no.with E.Merck was MH/4843/03377 and with Dr. Willmar Schwabe was UP/23241/404.E.Merck had submitted the amount to:

The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner

341, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Bandra (EAST), Mumbai-400051.

The amount is credited to state Bank of India-A/c Emploees Provident Fund vide cheque no.494274through HDFC Bank on 22/4.

I worked withDr. Willmar Schwabe from2004to 2005I resigned from Dr Willmar Schwabe in Nov and I am presently not working. I have withdrawn the PF amount of Dr WillmarSchwabe. I thought the amount of E.Merck was credited to this PF account. Inspite of several follow ups, I was not given the clear picture regarding the amount transfer.

Afterwithdrawing the PF amount from Dr willmar Shwabe I came to know that the PF amount of E.Merck has not been credited to the Pf account of Dr. Willmar Schwabe. The amount is still lying

credited to that SBI acoount.

I would like to know where my PF fund of E.Merck is? Is it still lying credited to the SBI account and what is the present status of my accumulated funds? How do I withdraw the amount now preferably to my SB account no 10222251120 with SBI Prince Anwar Shah branch, Kolkata.

This since I have left Dr Willmar Schwabe and collected the PF amount of Dr. Willmar Schwabe and the PFaccount of Dr Willmar Schwabe must be closed now, so transfer would not be possible.

I want the PF AMOUNT OF E.MERCK TO BE DIRECTLY CREDITED TO MY ABOVE SB ACCOUNT .
