Registration money not returned

D.S Infinity took a cheque of 3000/- Rs promising me to supply 5 maids within 7 Days out of which I can choose the one l liked to do the house hold work. They sent 2 maids in 1 month and I liked both, but they did not turn up for work. My complaints were unheard. I had written an email to their email id dsir7@yahoo.com and also called the person who collected money from me, but no results.

Collection agent - Santhosh. S.Chavan (9702766791)

Officer - Rupali 9324071097.

Officer - Suvarna (D.S Infinity, Dadar office 02232224591)

They have an agreement card on which Mr Santhosh and I have signed, that says money will be returned if we are not satisfied.

This company seems to be a fraud. Please help me get my money back
