Conductor not giving ticket

Sir

This is to bring to your notice that while going from uttam nagar to district centre in west delhi in bus no. DL IP C 8760 on 7th JULY, the conductor refused to give ticket and misbehaved despite making full payment and being asked several times. Ticket was given only after I threatened to complaint against him.
