Non Availibility of buses on route no 509

Sir,

We regret to bring it to your kind notice that despite our so many requests with the Local Political representative (s) of all the Parties, we failed to understand what is making it so difficult for DTC to introduce Green line Low Floor buses on route no 509 (Safdarjung Terminal to Maidangarhi). As you know lot of people are staying in and around Neb Sarai, paryavan Complex, Freedom Fighter Enclave and on top of that IGNOU campus also falls there. Will the resident of these areas and the people commuting to & fro IGNOU ever obliged by introducing low floor buses on this route. As Delhi Govt keps on making so many long and lucrative speeches but will a Aam AADMI ever be heard and provided with all these facilities withdrawn for no Fault of theirs. The Mini Bus owned by a Mafia of people from Local Villages have started using muscle powers to break/ stone the Shared Auto used by people for commuting to their respective places. This is our huble request to kindly look into the matter otherwise we may be constrained to file an application under RTI.
