Unning on their own

Hi,

i would like tro put complaint for a low floor DTC bUS RUNNING FROM SHAHDARA TO HASANPUR DEPOT, ON 26th October, at 2:00 pm.the BUS driver stopping the bus on their own at any stop, as it is the rule tht whether the passenger is present on the bus stop or not, the driver has to stop the bus for 2 -5 min on the stop, but as i was with my brother on bike and we were following the bus from shyamlal college, shahdara and bus driver catch one passenger from bihari colony stop, opened its door but didn't fully stop the bus and as soon as my brother stopped the bike and i get diown, he closed the doors and before that my brother didfn't allow me to catch the running bus.and even after tht the driver didn't stop the bus on the next stop also as we were just behind the bus n waiting for it to stop.and on being asked he said tht if passenger will not be there on stop, hewill not stop the bus instead of knowing him tht we were following the bus, abd on being asked by my brother he didn't replied his name, tht was really sarcastic of these low floor buses, it has been made for modernisation and to follow systematic way, as always followed by low floor buses in abroad.the driver has to be punioshed for this n should know how to handle and run such buses for needy passengers
