Untimely sevic of route no 179

This complaint is to bring to your notice that bus route number 179 which runs between Shivaji stadium and Metro Vihar is schedule to depart from Shivaji Stadium at 8.30 pm but 4-5 days in a week the service is not provided on asking the reason they say driver is not available, there is problem in the bus, or brake failure. On asking the Narela depot they say that we have sent the bus on time. Many people Old, ladies and children who have to commute on this route are facing lot of problem. Please consider my request and bring some improvement in the public transport facility.
