Driver not stop bus at bus stop

On date 15 July a bus of Yamuna Vihar depot route no.443 goinng towards Sahadra at morning about 7:00 am. At Jafrabad school stand so many people including me waiting for bus, we all giving hand to stop bus but driver had not stop the bus although only 3-4people sitting in the bus. Pl. take action against the driver and conductor.
