COMPLAINT

i, m a school student and i boarded the above bus from Moolchand Bus stop to Nehru Nagar and and gave 10 rupees to the conductor, he said it cost 15 rupees, i asked for the reason as it costs only 10 rupees in a ac bus but he started shouting at me and used slang words.i am totally disappointed by his behavior and i expect that necessary steps should be taken.
