Bus Driver And conductor's misbehaviou

I had travelled in Low Floor bus on 20th March route no. 392, bearing no.- DL 1P C0-617, that left Moti Bagh Part-1 at around 08:55 A.M. After tellin the conductor and driver they didn't stoped the bus at Noida sector - 60 around 10:00 A.M. I even tried calling the helpline number but alarmingly none of the numbers were in use. The service of DTC is really poor and they are not rendering services for the money they are charging from us. I hope the higher authorities take up this matter seriously and take quick action at the earliest
