Timings and Irregularity of the buses

Respected sir,

I 'Ranjeet Singh Yadav' staying in Lajpat Nagar board Daily Route no. 450 Bus to my Office. But I am sorry to say that from a month there is no proper system or timings of these buses.

Whenever yoyu asked to somebody like Bus conductors or drivers they always behave rudely and not gave any information.

Previously, after every 10 nmin there is bus but now days the condition is so worse that for 30-45 Mins there is not a singlew bus coing from Jal Vihar Terminal. A Lot of crowd is gathered on the stop and just they are always complaining.

The people are not reaching the office on time, Students are so panic that they misses there there morning classes.

But no prper arrangement is made till know the condition is more worsen when they stop a bus for 10 mins on a single stop.

I am higly obliged to you if you kindly look in to matter soon. so that we are able to travel more conveniently.

Early action from your end will be hihgly appreciated by us.
