Rude Behavio

This is to complaint about a red line bus that i got from Ramprastha (near Anand Vihar) the number of the bus was DL-1P-9269, the name of the bus was 971 and the time was 5:00pm-5:30 dated 24-march the driver was very rude when told to on air conditioner. when asked what is the complaint no. he said take my no. and i dont know.

his air conditioner was working properly but we who pay for it don't have the right to speak even. in the men while my stop came and he didn't stop and he left me 2 stops ahead... this is the most disappointing time i had in a RED LINE BUS WHO CHARGES DOUBLE THE COST OF WHAT NORMAL BUSES CHARGE... SOME ACTION SHULD BE TAKEN AGAINST HIM
