DTC Green, Red and Private Orange buses
No monetary change is available with the DTC Green, Red or new Private Orange Buses to return to people

Hi,

At one point Anna our leader is struggling to remove corruption, but here we have new and innovative ways of corruption setting in.

Now a days the conductors of the buses on Delhi roads be it DTC or new private ones, they will never have change available with them, especially of Rs. 5. As soon as you give them any amount they will ask for Rs 5, if you do not have it, they will ask you to wait. If they feel like the conductors would mention at the back of ticket as due or else just tell verbally that would give Rs. 5 whenever they have it. If you ask him for Rs. 5 he would answer rudely that what are you crying over Rs. 5. If it was so important you should have carried it. And then even if you keep standing he may take out Rs. 5 from somewhere and hand it over to some passenger of his choice.

While struggling with the crowd not to be pick pocketed, and to stand safe, the passenger would reach his destination. Even after trying he would not get his Rs 5 back. He is lucky if he gets it.

These Rs 5 of all the passengers would remain with the conductor and ultimately at the end of the day he would have made a good money for which no one is accountable and would all go to his pocket.

Why does not bus service providers be it DTC or any other give change along with the tickets to the bus conductors when they start in the morning. Even when a businessman open his shop he even keeps change to return to the people. Why cannot the bus service providers keep change to help return the passengers hard earned money?

Why is the conductor not being monitored over the black money that he is earning?

How would the passenger not feel cheated every time when he is not returned his hard earned money. The amount for which he could have bought himself tea, sweets, biscuits.

Will the passenger with whom it happens not feel that when conductors are doing it this way, what is wrong if they even do not buy tickets. As they are even unsure that the remaining ticket amount they will not be returned.
