Lack of professionalism

I chose to catch a movie in DT cinemas chandigarh It park, as per my experience it was a waste of precious money and time. i have the following complaints from the above mentioned multiplex.

* they start the movie as soon as the gate of the cinema opens, they will not let you settle down before staring the movie, the first crucial 15 minutes of the movie was lost in the crowd as that 15 minutes told the main prologue of the story on which all movie is based.

* secondly i went to see the movie named TRANSFORMERS which was released on 10th of july, i went to see it on 12th of july but the print was not good at all, you can literally see lines and spots on the screen and moreover the picture was also blurr.

we go to see movie on a multiplex as we want to have a better cinema experience, but the experience youu get in this particular cinema is nothing more then a local cinema hall which shows the same quality of the movie in lesser rates. kindly see in the matter and help me out. thank u
