Non - compliance of bus route by bus no. DL1P C 7709 (route 770 A) as on 22 august @ 330 pm

the above said bus was supposed to enter palam village when coming from Dwarka but the driver just avoided that route . we followed the bus by own bike n stopped the bus after the palam railway stn . bus stand by stopping the bike in front of bus in the middle of road. when we boarded the bus n asked the driver why he didnt follow the route. he gave a very rude answer that its his own wish, he will take the bus from wherever he wants. we also asked for the complaint book from the on duty conductor, for which he refused and said that he doesnt have one.

as every one knows that each DTC bus has a complaint book, also they are supposed to follow the proper routes. this behaviour of the on duty driver & conductor was very un-social . strict actions should be taken against them so that others shall follow the routes properly.
