Mismanagement in DTC

DEAR SIRS,

We are sorry to the so claimed worlds best CNG fleet of transport, having a poor transport service in west DELHI'S most renowned colony like Paschim Vihar. Very poor service has been rated for route no. 910.Instead of increasing routes to the area, existing bus service is deteroiratig day by day.

Particularly during noon (between 12-3.30 pm) there is no bus service at all.

It is a general public opinion that people are stranded on road for couple of hours together waiting for buses, particularly route # 910.

Management if there is any, are requested to maintain atleast normal bus service.
