I booked a parcel contain valuable garments and important documents to Gangtok, Sikkim with CN NO K49327643, but the parcel has not deliver till now and when i enquired about the matter the DTDC franchises K.C.B commuinication khanapara, Guwahati they informed me that the parcel had lost. I am surprised to see negligence in the service of DTDC courier. So i want back my parcel or give me the value of the parcel.
