Non delivery consinment to the receive

I sent the consinment which contains medical bills of my father to submit in the office for medical reembursment of the medical charges through DTDC courirer on 09.02.2009 to hyderabad form agartala. Still my friend did not got the consinment and she enquired at the reception too. It is not delivered in the hospital till today.
