Items missing from courier dispatched TWICE within 15 days

Hi, I had sent a courier from khardi, Pune to Amrisar (Tarn Taran) on 14/4/09, A brand new shirt, 1 kg kaju, handkerchiefs and socks are missing from the courier. I had sent that to my brother for his B'day. So, I complaint to DTDC and nothing happened last 20 days. consignment no: P10267459.

I did the same mistake again by sending the courier again through them within 10 days, Just wanted to send the gift to my brother. Again the New shirt, dryfruits and 1 ladies suit were missing. consignment no: D01030579

Please guide me how to proceed.
