Courier not delivered even after a week

I am fed up such cheap services provided by the courier companies.

My courier with a destination address of Delhi dated on 18th of november reached Delhi on 19th but has not been delivered till now.

none of their phone numbers work really, some of them are diverted to non existing numbers and some others reply to be wrong numbers.

even if any customer firstly realise his/her duty to inform the company he/she gets no reply back.

i mailed them but they even don't bother to reply.

my CN no. is z25093213

they name themselves the best company and bla bla bla many other things, all is the SHIT nothing else.

now if the courier does't reach the destiny by 24 hours i am gonna su this company.
