Courier not delivered nor updation of Status

I sent a courier through DTDC courier service on 28th June to Korba, Chattisgarh. I also varified that if there is a service of DTDC there in Korba. They said that there is a service. Today its 8th July. 10days since courier was delivered. It has not been received yet to the receiver.
