Loss of Saree and a VCD

My friend has send me a Saree and VCD though DTDC,
but i've received only a piece of cloth.
Im sure that one of DTDC's personnel has changed it, in between the transit.
It was written on the packet, that it carries a 700gm product, but what i got is only a 50gm weighted piece of cloth...
