Tampered Document and Missing Card

This is a Complaint against the fraud that DTDC has done. I was sent a Courier from Hyderabad to Mumbai which contained my Debit Card. It was supposed to reach me the next day and i got a Message that 5000 Rs was debited... i was shocked and then after all the investigation i could do found out the tampered envelope in its Malad office. But the card inside it was missing.

This is not only inefficient service but a fraud done by DTDC. i went and even told the Police as well as the Manager but in vain. Its 2 weeks passed and they are still looking into the matter.
