Non-Delivery

A letter was sent to us from Ernakulam, Kerela vide Docket No. F04013640 dated 08.11.08 to Panchkula (Chandigarh). We contacted their Panchkula Office on Monday 10.11.08 and were told that it has not arrived. On Tuesday 11.11.08 we were told that it has arrived but it will be delivered the next day. On Wednesday 12.11.08 we are told that their delivery man has not come so it will be delivered after he comes, which may be 1-2 days.

We are surprised that a courier company of this stature can give this type of answers.
