Non delivery of consignment

Pathetic Service of DTDC

I sent a consignment from Thane (Maharshtra) to Srinagar (J&K) on 08/07/09 vide consignment no. M44107092. I regret to say that as of date the consignment has not been delivered. This shows DTDC's sincierety towards delivering the goods within 24 or 48 hours. 3 weeks have been elapsed but the consignment is still "IN TRANSIT". I took up the matter with their customer care and they again asked the full address and contact details. The further promised to revert back within 24 hrs. The address and contact details were sent on 25-07-09, but as expected there is no response from DTDC customer "support".
