REIMBURSEMENT FOR NON DELIVERY/LOST ITEMS

Consignment no z93405325 dated 25 th july booked at ludhiana centre of punjab has been lost by the local delivery boys of janak puri centre. this shows how careless are these delivery boys. janak puri franchise not cooperated on its own. it did not felt their responsibility to inform the concerned. i had to part with large amount on account of telephone calls just to fifnd out that the consignment has been lost by the local janak puri franchise of dtdc (c4e/361, janak puri, new delhi 110058). WILL DTDC COMPENSATE AND REIMBURSE THE MATERIAL/MENTAL LOSS?
