Material not delivered after 13 days from Kolkata to Noida

D-01838839 document number of DTDC. This material sent on 09.09.09. from Naktala branch (KF-055). The proprietor of Naktala branch is Mr. Biseswar Chakraborty. The material sent with declaration form duly filled on 09.09.09 and handed over to Naktala branch. We continuously following up with them. Initially, they told that due to rain in Delhi, it is very difficult to deliver. On 17th September'09 they said that the document of declaration is lost from Delhi (informed by Mr. Biseswar Chakraborty) and the same day we filled it again and handed over to Naktala branch. Even after repeated follow up, till the material is not delivered to Noida.

Now, I want the compensation for this of INR 100000 for harassment and unnecessary delay. The cost of material itself is INR 5000 (approx). Delhi branch is also very reluctant to deliver the same. I want immediate action on this.
