Missing products from courier shipment

To start with, DTDC courier is the worst ever courier i came across in my life. Oct - I had sent a courier from bangalore to NCR region with 2 packets inside. when it reached there, the outer parcel was intact but the contents of one of the packets were removed and the inner carton as well the outer box were sealed back very carefylly. On checking i found the tape used to pack was different then the brown color tape i had used. even after repeated compliants for months nothing happened and everyone just tried to shrug the responsibility. even after that i used that courier again the same incident happened in march 09 again. after that i tried to send complaint to each and every person in DTDC but in vain. Raised it to Mr. Subhashish Chakraborty - owner, Stanley mathew A - AGM south India, Mr Mohan - Bangalore customer care, TM Sathnarayanan - AGM south, Sanjay chandrakanth - GM marketing. But no response.

IT IS HIGH TIME THE COMPANY SHOULD CLOSE DOWN AND SHUT OFF OPERATIONS AS THEY ARE THIEVES IN DISGUISE.
