DTDC - Courier
Worst service

Through this referance noM48871660 I sent a Courier in December DTDC which Promise 3 day delivery has given this after 5 days after a long fight.

Now on 24/2 again I sent a courier, till today ie 4/3 it is not deliverd or they dont respond to any mail. I sent several mails to 'prashantt@dtdc.com' 'CSS.CO@dtdc.com'; 'css.mumbai@dtdc.com'; 'css.chennai@dtdc.com'

No one respond, I talk to one Mr Prasant in Mumbai on 3rd March, in 9324522127 he told he will get back to me. Now he dont pick up my Calls,

I called up their corporate office and try to find out why the courier is not delivered, they do have no answer and I was told they will get back to me.

They wont connect the calls to senier people. In their web site they given many nos most of them dont work at all.

IT IS ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE I GOT IN MY LIFE.
