DTDC Courier
Totally irresponsible

My residence is in whitefield, bangalore. DTDC has 3 offices within a 10 km radius around my house. Due to lack of proper planning. They claim that my house falls outside of their delivery area and the courier person rudely tells me that they will not deliver.

I called their branch office and was again rudely told that I need to call back in 1 hour. I called their headoffice and they gave me the customer support number. Mind you this number is not even available on the internet.

I called the customer support and they told me that when a courier person says they will not deliver, I am supposed to ask them if I can come and pick it up. How interesting??

I will never ship DTDC again. Because there is no gaurentee that they will deliver.
