DTDC Courier
NOT DELEVERD OF COURIER

Sir,

I am Hitender Yadav serving at Ranikhet. On 04 May 11 at 1445hrs I book a courier for my brothers address Gurgaon (HR)) Token No - Z32474266 because it is urgently require, as per my information given on DTDC site my courier reached at Gurgaon on 06 May 11 but it is not delivered till 7 May 11. on 7 evening I visit DTDC office (Shope No 3, Apna Bazar Gurgaon) but it is closed, on 8 May at 10 am I again visit local DTDC office but it is closed after that I and mentioned my complaint at DTDC site feedback form after that on 9th evening after 5pm DTDC Personnel contact my brother at his mob no mentioned on courier and info about courier but that time he left his office so he request he take courier at 11th morning because he is out of station but when he visit again your local office on 11th morning DTDC rep told our courier return. He mentioned office is always close but my office is always open till 0900h to 5 pm everyday expt Sunday.

Now I request pl inquiry this matter and inform me the following questions bcoz now I want take legal action against this :-

(a) How much time your company require for courier delivery from Ranikhet to Gurgaon.

(b) Why my courier NOT deliver on 6th or 7th and 8th May when it is reached Gurgaon

on 6th May.

(c) Why NOT your rep contact me at my mob No given by me on 6th, 7th 8th May and

before return my couriers.

(d) Who is responsible for delay.

(e) Why not I registered a complaint in Consumer Court against negligencey of service.

(f) Why nobody reply my mails

Pl reply me urgently.

sir, nobody reply my mails from DTDC side on 30 Jun they return my courier.
