Non delivery of a consignment

I have not received a consignment having consignment no- q17399385 sent on 18th October from Allahabad and i am also unable to track down my ticket as i am being provided wrong information and there is a total lack of communication and ethics.

This is a case of total negligence due to which i am incurring huge losses. So plz intervene and sort this thing out as soon as possible.
