Delay in deleviry of courier and misbehave with custome

I have send a courier via DTDC courier Services on dated 28th July. They said this courier will be delivered to the consignee with in max four (4) Days. But till date 12th August the courier has not been delivered to the consignee. When I am asking about the status of this courier they misbehave with me and said do what ever you could do. This courier has very important documents, which must be delivered on 4th of August. It causes a lot of suffer to me and mentally I am harassed by them. Kindly advice me what to do against them.
