Courier Missed and still showing delivered in the online tracking

Courier with consignment no # F05597176 is showing delivered in the online tracking system is showing as delivered though the courier is not yet received.

On contacting the delivery person/courier office, they say that the courier was dropped in the letter box of building.

I have not signed the delivery note.

The value of goods in the courier is about Rs450
