Stealing items from parcel

I sent a parcel containing 3 half-sleeved shirts from Hyderabad to Amritsar using the elite sevice of DTDC. The parcel was sent on 7th March (Consignment number: H58378597). It was received on 13th March. But one shirt (costliest one - Van Heusen) was missing. I have emailed all the concerned people regarding the matter but NO step has been taken. On calling their number, they just keep transferring the call from one point to another.

Is there any solution to this. The authorities at DTDC are not at all bothered for the security of customer's items. This is like stealing the items we entrust them with.

Please provide justice to this. The cost of the shirt was Rs 1500/- and it is in no way a less amount.
