Courier not sent

Sir my name is Karan and i am doing C.A.. I sent my importent admission form of B.com 2nd year of K.U.K by DTDC courier service[ shakarpur branch] they promised me to send the documents within two days but now they are saying that they can't send documents. Due to this i can't submit my form on due date and now i will be charged some extra fee sir i belong to a poor family and i told them to give some compensation and they refused to it and they also not returned my documents and my money. Please take immediate action i shall be obliged to you for this
