I had bought my E 90 set in July last year and was very happy with it. I am a surgeon and use the set for daily appointments, surgery schedules and clinical pictures of patients and xrays. I am virtually handicapped without it. what was initially suggested as maximum 10 days service period, has stretched on to almost 3 wks, with no hope. Customer care keeps taking you around with choices whenever ask for executive. This site shows Job sheet status as closed and sent to L3 while my local Nokia Care at Malviya Nagar says part is awaited.

Things happen, but there has to be a system. Either I am given a realistic estimate and a hand set with above features so that my professional work doesn't suffer or just replace the piece with immediate effect. Someone up there needs to take the decision keeping customer's needs in consideration.
