My easy cash loan. no. is 7777 7777 7096 3667. through your bank. ABN Amro.

Loan amount was only. Rs .50, 0000 . pl. see my account statement, uptill now i have paid @ more than 80, 000 RS. on the name of various fictitious heads of late fee / surcharge & what not. I am regular payer of installment

In the month of April, there was a call form Collection dept. from your bank. & on 04.04.09, I had talked with shri Bhanu Pandey. In the discussion with shri pandey, he had assured me to settle my account, if i pay Rs. 2039 at once & closing of my loan account by reversal advise for my un necessary dues & bank will issue certification for loan closer. I have paid immediately Rs. 2039 via cheque no. 525615 dtd. 04.04.09. drawn by State bank of India, Baroda, koyali branch & same about was deducted from my A/C.

I was repeatedly asking for loan closer certificate, surprisingly i received once again payment due statement (statement date : 02.05.09), with a due of RS. 3560.94. & sub sequent due of RS.4150.09 (02.06.09 This is too much. However I have that amount also (RS. 4150.09, on 08.06.09. va. Cheque no. 525626, SBI, Koyali branch, Vadodara.(Talked with Anurag Sharma on 08.06.09 at @ 17: 45 Hrs.

pl. forward this mail to shri Bhanu pandey. or appropriate level & pl. do the needful for closer of my loan a/c within a week & If my extra payment (Illegal without any justification) already done, if not getting reversal / back within a week time, I will be compelled to put up this case to "Grahak surakhsha " of if needed to court for defamation case.
