Egarding statement and wrong information

Sir,

i bring to your notice that since one year iam not recieving statements of credits card and easy cash loan. Even after complaining many times there is no response from your side. But balance transferred DD's were reached without fail in the month of feb-mar. so, what is the reason for not sending the statements.

In connection with the above i say that every month i have to call back callcenter for the due payment for that month and to pay.last two months some what delayed the payment due to wrong information from your side.one of you executive called me from New Delhi and said that if you pay the cash payment in the bank immedietly there will be no penalty but when i paid it in the bank i have been charged penalty, fine, cash payment charges ans in very next month again one executive called me and said the amount which i have to pay including all charges.then i argued with that executive he directed me to senoir executive.he asked me that the executives name who called last month.as i dont remember his name he discussed with me and reversed the penalty amount but again in next month i recieved a call from executive regarding the penalty, fine, and charges.when i asked aboout the reversed penalty charges he said "we reversed ur charges but it was not updated you kindly contact callcenter".

Iam totally fed up with your bank and iam not going to continue the relationship with your bank anymore if you will not pursue the case immedietly.
