Edelweiss Capital IPO
Non Receipt of Refund

This is regarding non receipt of refund in respect of Edelweiss Capital Ltd IPO. I applied for Edelweiss Capital Ltd IPO vide application No. 1 2189372 through Central Bank, Rajkot cheque No.26967 dated 20-11 for Rs.99, 000/-. I have neither been allotted shares nor been received refund till date. I sent 10 letters and 3 mails regarding this issue to Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd - RTO of Edelweiss Capital Ltd. I did not receive refund money yet. I have complained on phone to their executives at Mumbai, more than 10 times. Every time they told me to wait for 10 days for refund. The IPO closed on 20th November and It is annoying that there is a gap of almost 5 months and I have not received my money back till date.

I have enclosed the documents of communication I have done with Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd. Further I request you to help me to get my money back as soon as possible.
