LDC are taking bribe so openly

Sir, i want to draw your kind attention towards the problem faced by the all teachers in shahdara north zone. LDC of shahdara north zone specially females (padma, parcha) are taking bribe from teachers so openly . if anyone tried to complaint about them to senior offficer, then they pretend their self as we are eve teaser and teasing them. for any kind of work they demand bribe such as (permission order of exams, service book entries, salary bill, arrear bill etc.), they demand rs. 100 to 500 for doing their job. please take proper action against them in this matter. please help us.
