Frequency of buses

DEar sir

I am staying in Kandivali (East) near to atation I m a frequent passenger of BEST buses on route numbers 287, 300, 288 . As every time when I enquire these buses are on an average at 15 min. difference but we have to wait for more than 30 min on peak hours and when the bus comes continously 3-4 buses of same route comes. I do not think this is the rule of BEST . Today I took bus number 287 at 10:15 for which I was standing from 9: 25 am. They dropped us near thakur college and said that this bus will not go ahead then I took another bus which was comin inmmediately after that but conductor took 7 Rs for the next stop for which normally it is 3 RS .

Kindly see in the matter as public is in trouble
