Delay in delivery of gas

My consumer number is 10839. I have booked gas on 11th november, booking number 2227. Even after 12 days cylinder has not been delivered. everyday when i ring up the shop they assure me that the cylinder will be sent immediately but that has not happened yet. iam seeing the cylinder delivery van in my housing everyday but my gas is not being delivered. Moreover ringing the gas shop is a big headache as they do not attend phone calls easily. Either their phones are switched off or busy. It is herculean task to book the gas and then i have to keep reminding them to deliver the gas. if there is no shortage of gas in the country then why do we have to face these problems. are the stipulated cylinders being sold in the black market? please look into these matters and assure us proper service and speedy delivery. such problems are not existent in other states that we have stayed in. it is only here in Noida that we are facing such difficulties.
