ELBE / COURIER
Courier is not delivered after 20 working days

Sir,

I have requested for some confidential information from ICICI and they informed me, it was dispatched on 17th September via ELBEE courier. The agreed maximum time of delivery was 8 working days, but, even after 20 working days, I have not received it in my home address. I followed up with ELBEE head office in my state as well as nearest ELBEE local area contact which is 35 KMs away from my home and got to know that they have received the courier before 26th of September. I made followups daily and reminder during this period. The desperative part is that they are holding it for the last 5 days without delivering to my home. I personally doubt on whether my confidential details will reach to my home safely as they are holding it without any reason.

Expecting an immediate action on this.
