Cancellation of election duty

I am a lecturer working in a reputed college in bangaloru. I have been allocated for election duty for Loka sabha elections. I am not a permenent staff and our department is unaided. I here by complain regarding the rules and regulations of of election comission. I want to bring for ur notice that my colleague is pregent and they have put for election duty. When she went to meet the conserned person the police man standing in front of the office did not allow her and he was very rude. She cannot continue this work do the needfull to her.
